Job Summary

Welcome to  Hawk’s Nest Cabin , Beaver Creek’s après-ski club for teens and tweens ages 10–18. As an Activities Attendant, your mission is to create a fun, welcoming, and engaging space where guests can relax, play, and connect. You’ll lead games, mix mocktails, host private events, and help bring the village to life through interactive programming.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr 
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 
  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
  • Housing Availability: No 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a fun and engaging atmosphere by interacting with guests and leading games and activities.
  • Greet and converse with parents and guardians in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve signature nonalcoholic drinks at the bar.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the shift.
  • Assist with private events and special activations in the village.
  • Collect signed waivers, admission fees, and handle bar and merchandise sales.
  • Support other resort programming as needed.
  • Uphold Vail Resorts’ commitment to delivering the  Experience of a Lifetime .

 

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and organizational skills.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
  • Reliable transportation in varying weather conditions.
  • Must pass a background check.

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
