Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Monterey, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations, including managing customer interactions, handling records, and overseeing team activities. Responsibilities: - Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. - Maintain and update database records to ensure accurate and organized information. - Prepare comprehensive status reports on customer service activities and outcomes. - Supervise and guide staff members to promote productivity and quality in daily operations. - Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functionality. - Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to address customer-related concerns. - Monitor and improve customer service processes for enhanced efficiency. - Assist in drafting and proofreading documents and correspondence as needed. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in managing and maintaining database systems. - Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and tact. - Leadership skills to oversee and support staff members effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. - Familiarity with office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheets.
