**Role Overview** **Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking an **Area Health, Safety and Environmental Manager** to support one of our Global Energy Clients in the Western portion of the United States. Our ideal candidate will reside in or in the immediate vicinity of Richmond, Bakersfield, or El Segundo, CA. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs. **a minimum of 30% travel is required **What You'll Do** + Manage client relationships and partner with clients to drive a safety culture + Ensure compliance and alignment with local and state regulations + Manage multi-units domestically and within client specific budget + Manage direct reports and support approximately 350 employees + Development and creation of correction action plans, root cause analysis and training + RFP responses, due diligence and site visits for business development **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
