Job Description

• Pay: $150,000 per year

• Oversee Butch’s Propane oil field & residential operations in Gillette, Wyoming and other regions as assigned 
• Manage, schedule, and safely execute all Field Operations to ensure the continued increase of propane distribution in Wyoming and maintain the company’s core business and future growth
• Perform daily communication with management, drivers, and customers
• Ensure organization of warehouse and yard meet requirements
• Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
• Complete road tests/driving assessment for potential new drivers
• Work closely with management with hiring processes and new team member training
• Answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance
• Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals
• Work with Human Resources to execute safety programs, hiring, and employee discipline
• Assist when needed with communication to customers if drivers are going to be late
• Assist with finding missing BOLs
• Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials
• Work with Operations Manager to meet company’s production targets and forecasts are safely achieved by promoting the maximum utilization of human and equipment assets while in compliance with all Safety, DOT, and HR requirements
• Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and directing customer complaints to the appropriate party 
• Act as the focal point of liaison between corporate office and the field to ensure all operational requirements are met and carried out safely, promptly, and economically
• Assist as needed with the transport of propane tanks to local customers in a safe and professional manner 
• Comply will all DOT requirements as applicable
• Other duties as assigned
