The selected candidates will be responsible for managing all facets of their designated office(s), which include:
• Property operations
• Custodial services
• Coordination with engineering services
• Tenant and customer relations
• Security program oversight
• Vendor management
• Financial reporting
• Lease administration
• Space planning
• Facility enhancement projects
In office work is requiredSelected candidates will be required to continue their career development via courses and additional training opportunities through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) or the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA)
