Your Role As General Manager, you’ll oversee sales, service, finance, and fixed operations across all three rooftops. You’ll be responsible for driving profitability, developing talent, optimizing inventory, and maintaining a culture of excellence in customer experience. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on complexity, knows how to unify diverse brand strategies, and can balance performance with people. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop teams across Chevrolet GMC, CDJR, and Ford dealerships.
• Drive top-line sales performance and bottom-line profitability.
• Ensure world-class service and a unified customer experience across all brands.
• Manage inventory and pricing strategies with data-backed precision.
• Build strong OEM relationships and ensure manufacturer performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align campus operations with company-wide objectives.
• Foster a performance-based culture with clear accountability and team recognition.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader in a multi-franchise or high-volume store.
• Strong knowledge of all dealership operations: sales, service, F&I, and fixed ops.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, analytics, and digital retail platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and employee experience.
