Abacus Corporation is a national staffing agency and leading provider in light industrial t alent. Our organization is rapidly growing and currently seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to join our team in CARLISLE PA.

Job Duties -

Provide full assistance to the staff in the Carlisle office through supporting day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will be bilingual, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.

I ncluding: Multi - phone system Communication via email Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Time management and ability to prioritize throughout the day Flexibility is a must General understanding of the Human Resource process and flow.

Skills and Specifications: Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word Great organizational and customer service skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job duties :

• Responsible for developing, evaluating, and maintaining an available pool of qualified, field staff employees with marketable skills necessary to meet client needs.
• Advise manager of any service issues or concerns.
• Follows up with client and employee to ensure that a satisfactory placement has been made.
• Take appropriate action if client is not satisfied with the placement, counseling, discipline
• Resolves issues with field staff employees involving pay discrepancies, working conditions
• Completes and maintains all documentation processes as required by company policy and federal or state regulation for field staff employees including I-9 forms, reference checks, criminal background checks, and any other documentation required within a timely manner.
• Resume search activities as assigned by manager.
• Promotes temp to perm placement services to our clients and presents appropriate candidates for these placements.
• Answers the phone, greets guests coming through the door into the office and directs the overall flow of the foot traffic through the office.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM
