Exciting Remote Travel Booking Opportunity

Are you a motivated individual looking for an exciting work-from-home opportunity? We're offering a chance to join our team as a Travel Booking Specialist. No prior experience is required – we'll provide comprehensive training!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering concierge-level support to travelers from start to finish.
  • Respond promptly to telephone, email inquiries, and online travel submissions.
  • Research and book a wide range of travel options, including airfare, hotels, tours, and ground transportation, both domestically and internationally
  • Collaborate with top suppliers like Expedia, Universal Studios, Princess Cruises, Avis, Delta, and more.
  • Familiarize yourself with various web-based booking engines and travel resources.
  • Calculate pricing and cost adjustments for changes or additional trip fees.
  • Issue e-tickets and process credit card payments over the phone.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is necessary – we'll provide comprehensive training.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
