Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and an exceptional experience for all attendees.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate corporate, private, and promotional events
Manage event logistics, including venues, vendors, equipment, and staffing
Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain cost efficiency
Create detailed timelines and run-of-show documentation
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
Ensure events comply with safety, legal, and client requirements
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align event goals and expectations
Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of proven experience in event coordination or planning
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
Familiarity with event planning tools and budgeting software
