Job Description
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events from conception through completion. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple priorities with ease, and brings strong organizational and communication skills to the table.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events including conferences, trade shows, brand activations, and private functions
Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure all logistics are in place
Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists
Conduct site visits and coordinate event set-up and breakdown
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements
Manage day-of event operations and troubleshoot in real-time
Evaluate event outcomes and provide post-event reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience coordinating corporate or branded events
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving capabilities
