Job Description

Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events from conception through completion. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple priorities with ease, and brings strong organizational and communication skills to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events including conferences, trade shows, brand activations, and private functions

  • Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure all logistics are in place

  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists

  • Conduct site visits and coordinate event set-up and breakdown

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements

  • Manage day-of event operations and troubleshoot in real-time

  • Evaluate event outcomes and provide post-event reports and improvement recommendations

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating corporate or branded events

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving capabilities
