About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) in our Technology division and select members of their leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing complex schedules, and facilitating communication across departments and with external stakeholders. You will be a trusted partner, helping to drive efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, ensuring the SVPs are prepared for meetings and key engagements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize and support leadership meetings, off-sites, and town halls, including agenda planning, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Maintain organizational charts and track budgets related to VP team activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the SVPs, internal departments, and external clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • detail-focused orientation and strong ability to drive complex tasks to completion across organizational lines.
  • Experience with budget tracking and organizational chart creation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $31.80 - $53.00
