Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is great at self management, who maintains a positive attitude and communication skills. The Fundraising Manager is someone who possesses some degree of knowledge in the nonprofit industry and who is looking to progress their career with a growing Fundraising Firm!

 

Fundraising Managers will be tasked with organizing fundraising events, supporting the development and maintenance of donor relationships, and boosting donor engagement throughout. Our goal is to enhance outreach and drive donation generation within the community by selling items and goods to support the charity's financial goals, while also hosting special events to raise awareness and promote the charity's mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing fundraising strategies strategically
  • Create marketing and communication strategies, through interaction with donors, brand ambassadorship, and through promotional materials and social media campaigns to boost fundraising efforts
  • Supervise and support team in a management capacity ensuring that the event tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Evaluate and analyze fundraising performance, reporting results and offering insights for future improvements
  • Providing regular updates to senior leadership on fundraising progress and financial performance

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge in the non-profit industry is a plus
