Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supervisory roles
Strong background in plastic injection molding/manufacturing preferred
Ability to lead and develop a large team
Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
