• Operate and maintain SMT machinery (ASM & MyData) for PCB assembly.
• Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using soldering techniques.
• Perform quality checks using tools such as an ohmmeter to ensure proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide assembly tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

Experience

• Proven experience in surface mount technology operations or similar roles.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring, soldering, and using logic controllers.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic machining tasks.
• Familiarity with PCB assembly processes and standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics is essential.
• Previous experience working with SMT equipment is highly desirable.
