**Key Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience or education preferred.
- Technical sales experience, particularly in the HVAC industry, is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with Daikin Comfort products is a plus.
- Strong track record of inside sales success and customer service, skilled in managing challenging situations.
- Proficient sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Action-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer skills and technology.
