What you'll do at

Position Summary...

Join Walmart as a Finance Manager, where you will provide strategic input to the financial planning process through financial analysis and modeling. You will recommend future expense targets and analyze business performance in partnership with cross-functional areas. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting key business decisions.

About the Team
Our Financial Planning team is dedicated to enhancing Walmart's financial performance and reporting transparency. We collaborate with various functional areas to understand significant variations and provide insightful analysis. By managing complex control structures and producing robust financial models, we drive strategic decisions that align with the company's goals and objectives.

What you'll do...

  • Prepare financial analysis and modeling, recommending future expense targets and analyzing business performance.
  • Communicate with functional areas to understand significant variations and provide follow-up on financial issues.
  • Manage complex control structures to mitigate the risk of financial misstatement.
  • Develop new processes in cross-functional teams, ensuring proper controls in financial functions.
  • Produce financial models and prepare presentations for business case recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives.
  • Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, and recognition.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
