In this role, you’ll directly support the growth and success of our agents by creating professional marketing materials, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant with strong design skills and a passion for technology. You’ll support company-wide marketing initiatives, property marketing, and agent onboarding while creating compelling content that strengthens our brand. This full-time, in-office role offers a variety of projects and the opportunity to expand your marketing expertise in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing social media channels, digital flyers, lead generation strategies, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding of new agents by setting up accounts and providing branded marketing materials.
  • Create property marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and social media graphics.
  • Design engaging content for email campaigns, digital promotions, and property listings.
  • Support CRM systems, websites, and reporting of key marketing KPIs.
  • Provide direct support to agents by preparing creative assets and assisting with marketing tools.
  • Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to produce high-quality, on-brand designs.
  • Research marketing trends and assist with strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1+ year of marketing and graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new marketing platforms.
  • Portfolio encouraged but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive annual salary: $50,000 - $52,000, based on experience
  • Hours and Work Location: Full Time – 8:30 AM – 5 PM, In person
  • Paid Time Off, 50% contribution for health insurance, and a Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% contribution. Available after completion of the 90-day probationary period.
