**Overview** Responsible for assisting passengers and airline ticketing agent with lifting, moving and properly transporting their luggage. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits ( | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years of age or older - No prior experience required and on-the-job training provided - No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** - One (1) year of prior work experience preferred **Responsibilities:** - Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets - Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts - Ensure baggage tags are correct - Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags - Handle misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers - Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
