Job Summary:


The Pega Business Analyst will serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into functional requirements for a Pega application. This role involves working with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to convert business requirements, process flows, use cases, and integration documents into a fully functional application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and communication, with experience in Agile software development environments.

Responsibilities:


- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, translating between technical and non-technical team members.
- Work closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders to gather user stories and translate them into business requirements.
- Understand the business vision and translate it into technology impacts/solutions.
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to projects.
- Perform multiple roles as needed during the project lifecycle.
- Document requirements, functional designs, and lead test execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to understand business problems.
- Capture functional software requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Coordinate with Product Manager and stakeholders to facilitate backlog reviews.
- Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
- Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentation.
- Develop and maintain solution training material.
- Integrate best practices into current working procedures.
- Participate in and provide support to customer success teams.
- Create wireframe designs for functional requirements.
- Conduct process and product training as needed.

Required Skills & Certifications:


- 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst.
- 4+ years of experience as a Pega Business Architect.
- 4+ years of related business analysis experience.
- 4+ years of Use Case Development experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
- 4+ years of experience documenting requirements, test cases, training material, functional design, and leading test execution.
- 4+ years of Agile software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience with configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship skills.
- 4 year college degree or equivalent degree
