Physical Therapist (PT) Positions available Perdiem Duties and Responsibilities Assist in planning, developing, organzing, implementing, evaluating, and directing physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that givern the long-term care facility. Represent the facility at and participate in meetings as directed Follow all patients on caseload ensuring treatment plans are appropriate, paperwork is complete, discharge dates and plans are accurate. Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements Must have a current, unemcumbered PT license in this state. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
