Position Summary: As our Production Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the production staff to exceed customers’ expectations and to meet company goals. Ensure that a continuous improvement methodology is applied throughout the scope of responsibility. Lead team in order to deliver to customers’ needs while aggressively eliminating waste in order to provide greater customer value.
Qualifications & Requirements - Supervision experience in an industrial environment involving machinery
- Strong communication and organizational skills to support process, manufacturing, and design engineering functions
- Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to share knowledge at appropriate levels of the organization

Are You Our Next ACE?
- Accountable for ensuring employee adherence to safety protocols and for overseeing the Production department's efficiency, performance, and quality, including managing NCRs and customer rejections. Furthermore, you are responsible for supervising and developing the team, meeting production targets and customer commitments, maintaining an organized workspace, and promoting the company culture.
- Collaborate across Winchester by demonstrating leadership, ensuring accountability among individuals, and using data to guide their decisions. This collaborative approach involves active engagement with various stakeholders, including management, engineering, sales, employees, vendors, and customers, to achieve a positive organizational impact.
- Empowered to strategically lead your team to surpass goals by optimizing production methods, resource allocation, and workflows. This also includes setting clear expectations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, addressing training needs, and refining product flow for enhanced efficiency.

Pay Transparency Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $28.17/hr - $33.58/hr (DOE) plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
