Scope of Services

The candidate selected for this position must be a highly motivated, self-starter, independent worker with high initiative, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated project coordination experience. The scope of work encompasses both analytical research and project management responsibilities, including assisting senior managers with documentation, reporting, and analysis while coordinating team assignments, tracking project milestones, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The candidate will conduct research on innovative and/or advanced technology tools and technologies, evaluate their potential applications, test solutions, and prepare findings and recommendations for management review. Key duties include writing and editing internal documentation, presentations, and workflows, serving as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, and monitoring project progress to identify risks and propose solutions. The candidate will also write and edit internal documentation, presentations, and workflows while utilizing project management tools and methodologies to support efficient project execution. This position requires the ability to work both independently on research tasks and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another related field.

Experience

1. Experience in analyzing a situation to determine what tasks need to be completed.
2. Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required.
3. Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts. Highly desired.
4. Experience working on agile project teams is highly desired.
5. Experience assisting or managing small projects is highly desired.

The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Perform analyses on innovative tools and technologies

3. Perform data validation and analysis
4. Build reports and dashboards for analysis
5. Participate in Peer Reviews of work product
6. Revise and/or draft new methods and practices
