Responsibilities: • Meet with pre-qualified home sellers • Guide them through the listing process with confidence and care • Deliver an exceptional experience that drives referrals and repeat business • Follow up consistently using our systems and CRM • Attend weekly coaching and training to sharpen your skills • Host open houses (and keep the leads!)
