What You’ll Do:
As a Resident Advocate, you will play a vital role in the daily care and supervision of our residents, partnering with the Program Director to support their journey of transformation and growth. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment while empowering residents to take meaningful steps toward their goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Experience: A background in Human Services or similar fields is a plus.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with trauma care is helpful.
• Character: A strong moral and ethical compass, rooted in integrity and compassion.
• Skills: Ability to set healthy boundaries and maintain professionalism while supporting residents.
• Faith-Based Understanding: Experience in a faith-centered setting is a valued asset .

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new residents and guide them through orientation.
• Support residents in implementing and following their treatment plans.
• Assist with maintaining residents’ schedules and responsibilities.
• Provide safe, reliable transportation as needed.
• Foster an emotionally supportive and healthy environment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure living space.

HIRING FOR 2nd shift 3:00 to 10:00 and Over night (You get to sleep) 10:00 pm to 7:00am

Resident Advocate

Position Summary: A Resident Advocate is responsible for the day-to-day care and supervision of residents. They collaborate with the Program Director to implement each residents treatment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Some knowledge of trauma care.

Essential Functions

• Residents Orientation
• knowledge and implementation of residents' treatment plan
• Assist residents in maintaining their schedule and responsibilities.
• Provide transportation.
• Sustain an emotionally healthy and supportive environment.
• Maintain safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
