Drive Accountability Through Audits & Reporting

  • Oversee internal audits and safety inspections; develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Lead investigations into incidents, identify root causes, and put in place effective prevention strategies.
  • Maintain organized, accurate safety records and ensure timely submission of all required reports.

Engage, Educate & Train the Team

  • Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with our Training department to build safety into onboarding and professional development.
  • Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency response drills across locations.
What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field.
  • 7+ years in safety management, ideally in waste management, transportation, mining, or heavy equipment industries.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Deep understanding of MSHA, OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards.
  • Strong experience leading audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels — from executives to equipment operators.
Why Kimble?

  • Collaborate with a supportive leadership team that values continuous improvement.
  • Be part of a company that prioritizes safety, sustainability, and innovation in everything we do.
