What You Bring:
✔ CPA designation with a degree in Accounting or Tax
✔ 5-10 years of experience in financial statement compilations, reviews, and audits
✔ Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with CCH Tax and PFX Engagement preferred)
✔ Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
✔ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

### What You'll Do:
- Prepare financial statements, compilations, reviews, audits, and trial balance reports
- Assist with tax return preparation and review
- Provide tax strategy, research, and planning for clients
- Collaborate with a team that values efficiency, quality, and professional growth

### Work Schedule & Culture:
- During Tax Season (Feb-April 15): A structured 48-hour workweek (no Saturdays)
- After Tax Season: Enjoy flexible hours with multiple Fridays off
