Senior Demand Marketing Manager (Remote)
Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer with a passion for building demand and driving revenue? We're looking for a Senior Demand Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline growth and engage the right buyers at the right time.
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Operations—to craft and execute innovative demand generation strategies. What You'll Do
Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Create strategic marketing plans that include affiliate networks, paid acquisition, search, email, mobile, and website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling content that aligns with campaign goals.
Manage campaign execution, tracking, and optimization, providing performance reports and data-driven recommendations.
Partner with Sales and Business Development to align lead generation efforts, outreach strategies, and follow-up processes.
Own paid media strategy, working closely with the paid team to drive high-impact results.
Integrate campaigns into email nurture programs and refine audience segmentation for better engagement.
Establish and refine workflow processes to enhance team efficiency and campaign performance.
Build and implement a reporting framework for A/B testing, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including goal setting, budget management, and performance analysis.
Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound funnel strategies.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, CRO, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, PPC, and social media.
Ability to analyze marketing data, implement A/B testing strategies, and optimize performance against key KPIs.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive measurable outcomes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in B2B technology/SaaS marketing.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in fitness industry marketing (a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience and demonstrated competencies).
