Job Description * : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Java technologies to join our team supporting Toyota's initiatives in Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality. You will play a crucial role in developing robust, scalable systems that integrate AI capabilities to enhance manufacturing and quality processes.
Responsibilities * : Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications integrated with AI and machine learning components*. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions*. Develop backend systems and APIs using Python and Java to support enterprise-scale applications*. Integrate AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring high availability and performance*. Contribute to system architecture and design decisions to support scalability and maintainability*. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in software engineering*. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability*. Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality code and automate testing processes. Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and processes for future reference and training*.
Experience * : 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend development using Python and Java*. 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML models in production*. Proven experience working with large-scale manufacturing or enterprise systems is preferred*. Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices*.
Skills Required * :
Mandatory * : Expert in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django) *. Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) *. Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) *. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines*. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) *. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) *. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking*.
Preferred: Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.) *. Exposure to manufacturing domain systems (MES, ERP, QMS) *. Experience in data engineering pipelines (ETL, Airflow) *. Strong communication and leadership skills*.
