Job Description

A busy family of four in Georgetown is seeking a Weekend Housekeeper to help maintain their 4-story, 3,500 sq ft townhouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in keeping a home clean, organized, and running smoothly. The family is looking for an extra set of hands on the weekends to assist with daily upkeep and light household support.

Responsibilities:

• General tidying and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
  
   
• Laundry care, including washing, folding, and ironing
  
   
• Cooking simple, healthy meals for the family
  
   
• Walking the dog and assisting with basic pet care (small dog + cat)
  
   
• Running occasional errands (e.g., groceries, household items)
  
   
• Keeping kitchen and common areas clean and organized throughout the day
  
   

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong cooking skills
  
   
• Organized, efficient, and attentive to detail
  
   
• Local to the D.C. area and able to commit long-term
  
   
• Excellent, verifiable references
  
   

Schedule: This is a part-time weekend role with flexible hours on Saturdays and Sundays, including occasional evening support if needed.
